Sounds Play from MP3 and Itune but does not play from Internet explorer or any Browser

1)      Open Internet explorer or chrome or any browser which you use.

2)      Then start Youtube or any website which has video

3)      Then click on the sound button in the bottom right hand side of the computer screen.

4)      Then click on 'mixer' if you have Vista or windows 7. Refer image below

                 

5)      You will see a new sound bar in there for Internet explorer. Make sure it is not on zero. By default it was on zero on some of the computers even though rest of the sounds were on high. Refer Image.

                             

6)      That will fix the problem
