Many times I receive files in .eml format. eml is email from
archive. To open .eml you need to use email programme such as outlook or
outlook express etc. Many people does not use outlook or outlook express or
some .eml files can not open in outlook. If this is the case you can follow
below steps.
There are two methonds to open .eml file. Either using
Internet explorer or third party software.
Method One: Open .eml using internet explorer.
First of all save file on your desktop. Now Right click on .eml
attachment and save it by selecting desktop.
Once it is saved do not forget to scan with your AV. It will prevent your computer if file is corrupted.

Now right click on saved .eml file and click open with and
click Choose default Programme.
Now select Internet
explorer and click on OK.
Double click on .eml file and see if it opens.
If this does not work then user method no 2.:
Go to website .eml viewer from below address.
It is paid version but you can use it for 14 days free. Then it is up to you if you wanna buy it or
not.
Once this software is installed. Open software and click
file and open.
It will open your file.
