Can't send receive MMS on Galaxy S2

When i received my Samsung Galaxy S2 i was not able to send or receive MMS (Picture message) on my Galaxy S2. it was frustrating.

After doing lot of research i found out it is APN settings on phone. I tried to change APN setting manually but did not work.

So i called my service provider (TPG) and they send setting by SMS and once i installed settings it starts working. I do not know exactly what was wrong in settings but it worked.

If you have same issue can not send or receive MMS then i suggest to call your service provider and ask them to send you settings instead of searching internet.
